The Dick Wagner Memorial Fund

One of the greatest pleasures to date so far for The Bandura Gypsies was having the opportunity to give some music to children who need it. The Dick Wagner Remember the Child Foundation has made it possible for people to donate instruments and much more, to help bring not only treatment, but music, to children in need.

The Dick Wagner Memorial Concert, coming up in February, raises funds to support music therapy programs for hospitalized children. It also provides instruments and teachers to their musical instrument programs. Among the other blessings the fund bring are services and funding for medical needs for children in need, music scholarships and more.

This guitar, once a gift to Shawn Elizabeth of The Bandura Gypsies, is now being passes on lovingly to the children of Beaumont Children's Hospital Music Therapy via The Dick Wagner "Remember The Child" Fund. Victoria Woody, Director of Sponsors & Donations at Dick Wagner "Remember The Child" Concert, and also VP of A&R at Real II Reel Production, shown here with The Bandura Gypsies, is a force in this wonderful movement, and met the Gypsies personally to accept the donation of this guitar. Many artists have come forward to donate to this fund, and are met with appreciation. The Dick Wagner Memorial Fund is definitely working miracles.
